We ship all of our items through USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class. Priority Mail is expected to arrive within 1-3 business days once your order has shipped. Your tracking number will be issued to you by email once your package has shipped. You can find additional tracking information through the USPS website after you have received tracking info.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. If you need to cancel your order, you can do so during the processing time as long as you have not received a tracking email. Once you have received an email with your tracking information, you will no longer be able to cancel your order & will have to be refunded via store credit. Please remember that we are a small business and we do not have an entire team of employees. Please watch our Instagram & Facebook accounts for any shipping updates. There are times throughout the year that we travel for work and are out of town for a couple of days & when that happens, shipping may get pushed a day or two. We will update our social media pages with any shipping delays on our end.

If you have not received your order within 10 business days & your tracking information does not have a scheduled delivery date, please contact us. (This time frame does not apply to preorders and custom orders.)
Preorders/Custom Order processing times will vary. We usually give you an ETA when promoting Preorders or Custom Orders. If you have one of these type of orders, please email us directly with any questions.
