Return Policy 

Products eligible for return must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. The shipping return window starts on the day your package tracking states “Delivered” + 14 days.  

The item must be in its original condition (free of stains, deodorant, makeup, wear, etc.), unworn and unwashed, with all product tags attached. Item(s) must also be free of any smoke smell/odors.  

If the item(s) are approved for return, we will issue you a store credit for the items accepted for return. The store credit amount will include the subtotal and taxes you paid. We do not refund shipping and processing fees. Store credit will be issued to you via e-gift card through the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return once we receive it. 

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges. Jackson June Outfitters, LLC is not responsible for any return packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen during transit. Please keep a copy of your proof of postage/return tracking number when shipping your returns. We recommend using a traceable & insured shipping service such as USPS. 

BEFORE you mail in your return, please send an email to jacksonjuneoutfitters@gmail.com including your order #, returning item, and reason for return. If you do not send us an email, additional processing time may apply.  

Sezzle & Afterpay Returns 

Purchases made with Sezzle or Afterpay are eligible for store credit. If you’re returning an item before your 4 payment installments are paid out, you will still have to finish out your installments with Sezzle or Afterpay. That is a direct payment agreement with Sezzle & Afterpay.  

If the merchant (Jackson June Outfitters) issues store credit, no changes will be made to your order payments. You will still be responsible for all payments, as you are now essentially paying off a gift card. https://shopper-help.sezzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360046890251-How-do-refunds-work- 

Purchases made using your return credit or store credit are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted for return.  

Final Sale Items 

(NOT RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE) 

Items ending in $.97 & $.98 are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, Swimsuits, & Undergarments are all considered non-returnable.  

All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

All merchandise sold at our Pop Up Events are FINAL SALE.  

Items purchased with return store credit are FINAL SALE. 

Defective/Damaged Returns 

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at jacksonjuneoutfitters@gmail.com within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and photos or proof of damage/defects. Follow all directions on this page & mail the item(s) back to us. These type of returns are eligible for store credit if accepted for return. (Must be free of all wear, odor, stains etc.)
